With its square shape and fluted rim, this tart pan combines tradition with modern. It is perfect for baking original tarts and quiches. Turning out is easier, with its removable bottom. Iron is the ideal heat diffuser and provides even baking, coupled with perfect caramelization for golden and crisp pastry. The guaranteed PFOA-free non-stick coating makes turning out easier and also protects iron against oxidation. Grease the mould before use. L 18 cm x W 18 cm. Material: Steel. Traditional oven cooking (max. 220°C). Not suitable for the microwave oven. Do not use metal or sharp objects in the mould. Normal hand-washing (non-abrasive sponge). Not dishwasher-safe.
