Introduce Tramontina’s Trento enameled iron casserole dish with Starflon Excellent nonstick coating inside, 28 cm and 6 liters, and bring the taste of home-cooked food into your kitchen. Developed with an enamelled cast iron body with Starflon Excellent non-stick coating inside, it cooks food quickly and evenly and prevents it from sticking to its surface. It is a classic iron pan with the practicality of non-stick. In addition to all these features, she is a very versatile casserole that can go on different types of stove and also in the oven!

3.2 mm thick enameled cast iron that distributes heat quickly and evenly. Internal Starflon Excellent non-stick coating that does not stick, is easy to clean, more durable and is not harmful to health as it is PFOA free. Stainless steel handle. It can be taken to the oven, facilitating the completion of recipes. It can be used on stoves: gas, electric, glass ceramic – electric resistance and induction.

The maximum volumetric capacity for cooking is 3/4 of the total capacity of the piece. Position the handles of the utensils facing the center of the stove. On stoves with a grid, center the piece and align the cable with the grid. When using on flat base stoves, lift the piece to move it, avoiding scratches on your stove. Hot utensils must be out of the reach of children. This product cannot be modified. Before first use, hand wash with a soft sponge, soap or neutral detergent. Dry with soft cloth. After drying, grease the inner area with oil or fat and heat for a minute or two. Let it cool and wash again. Your utensil is ready to use with or without fat, always on low or medium heat (never higher than 260ºC). Dry the parts completely with a soft cloth and always store them in dry and airy places, away from steam or any moisture. Use only silicone, nylon or wooden utensils to stir food. Enamelled iron is extremely resistant, but it can be damaged if dropped or bumped against a hard surface, so avoid drops and impacts, which can cause the enamel to come off. If this occurs, there may be rust formation in the affected area, not altering the performance of the utensil. To protect the damaged area, grease with food oil soaked in paper towels. Cleaning: Avoid thermal shock: do not immerse hot utensil in cold water. Never use abrasive products in the wash. If you allow food to burn, moisten the area with water and clean with a sponge and neutral soap. After cleaning, apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the edge of the piece (body and lid). To dispose of products and packaging, follow current recycling guidelines.
