The self-closing lid has adjustable patented hinges that will prevent food from getting cold. In addition, the lid can be removed with one hand for easy cleaning. The lid also has air vents that reduce condensation build up that could drip on the food. This condensation is captured by the water recycling system allowing less refilling of the water pan, decreasing labor costs. The handle keeps cool preventing burns.
