Steak knife with 115 mm stainless steel NITRUM® blade. The measure of the complete piece is 230 mm. The handle is made of polypropylene, water resistant and very hard material, so that the piece is not affected by the continued use of the dishwasher.

Blade: Martensitic stainless steel blades, high in Chrome, with excellent mechanical characteristics.

Handle: Depending on the model, the handles are made of different materials. There is a great variety: compressed wood sheets impregnated with phenolic resin, stainless steel and polypropylene. Water resistant materials and have a great hardness, so that the piece is not affected by the continued use of the dishwasher. The rivets can be made of stainless steel, brass or aluminum tongue and groove, depending on the model.
